How does pricing work for my clients?
Your clients pay nothing. Clients in planner-managed events get full Pro features at no cost. You pay $399/month for the platform plus metered AI usage.
What is metered AI usage?
Every time RSVP'd drafts a vendor email, reviews a contract, suggests checklist items, or runs any AI feature, there is a small cost based on the AI processing. This is billed at the end of each month based on actual usage across all your events. Most planners see $15 to $60/month in AI costs depending on volume.
How does the storage add-on work?
10 GB of file storage is included in your plan. This covers contracts, photos, and documents across all your events. If you need more, you can add blocks of 10 GB for $5/month each.
Can my clients see my branding?
Yes. Your logo, colors, and business name appear on every page your clients see, including the dashboard, landing pages, and emails. You can also configure a custom domain so clients access their event at yourdomain.com.
Do I connect my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account once. This is shared across all your events, so vendor and guest messages route through your business number.
What event types are supported?
Weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, dinner parties, graduations, and more. Each event type generates the right checklists, timelines, and vendor categories. You can also create fully custom events.
What happens if I cancel?
Your existing events remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days. After that, data is archived. You can export all data at any time, including guest lists, vendor contacts, budgets, and contracts.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. RSVP'd for Planners is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal.
